The workbook is designed to help you do an in-depth study of the Handbook to Joy-Filled Parenting. It is versatile and can be used to study the whole book or specific sections as desired. Studies can be done by age groups, such as the infant years or the teen years. The chapter on maturity could be a five to six-week study by itself. The first five chapters on thriving and the development of the brain can be used as they are for parenting or modified as a study on relationships in general. The principles of bonding, thriving, synchronization, joy, and return to joy can apply to all ages. In addition the workbook will serve to help the reader grow as a person as well as a parent.
